Dearly Beloved, |
|
Evidently, you are a creation of
value and David, the Psalmist attested
to this by saying: What is man,
that you visited him?
For you have
made him a little lower than Elohim
(God), and has crowned him with
glory and honour. You have made
him to have dominion over the works
of Your Hands; You have put all
things under his feet.
(Psalm 8:4-6)
God, at creation in Genesis
1:26-28 said: Let us make man in
our Image, after our likeness: …
so God created man in His own Image,
in the Image of God He created them,
male and female. And God blessed
them, and He said to them, Be Fruitful,
Multiply, Replenish the earth, Subdue
it and have dominion … over every
living thing that moves on the earth.
And invariably however, man sinned
and was cursed
(Genesis 3:16-19),
lost the status that God gave him
in Genesis 1:28 and was banished
from God’s presence.
(Genesis 3:22-24)
But the Scriptures revealed that
man is very much loved by God, so
much so that, He gave His only Son
to die on the cross, to reinstate
man back to his original status
at creation.
(John 3:16)
And Romans 5:8 reveals: That God
commended his love toward us, in
that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us.
What you stand to gain by accepting Jesus Christ into you life:
For God so loved
the world, that he gave his only
begotten Son, that whosoever believes
in him should not perish,
but have everlasting
life.
For God sent not his Son into the
world to condemn the world; but
that the world through him
might be
saved.
(John 3:16-17)
Because
Romans 3:23,
says:” For
all have sinned, and come short
of the glory of God;”

Please carry on reading dearly beloved of God, • Everlasting
Life (Verse 16 above) and the gift
of God is eternal life through Jesus
Christ our Lord.
(Romans 6:23B)
• Salvation (Verse 17 above). For
every one who calls on the name
of the Lord will be saved.
(Romans
10:13) from the compulsion of sin
and its consequences (curse of the
law), for the wages of sin is death…(Romans
6:23A).
• You will become a child of God.
John 1: 12-13 say:
“Yet to all who
received him, to those who believed
in his name, he gave the right to
become the children of God – children
not of natural descent, nor of human
decision or a husband’s will, but
born of God.”
• Peace with God.
“Therefore being
justified by faith, we have peace
with God through our Lord Jesus
Christ:”
(Romans 5:1)
• Forgiveness of Sin.
“And not only
so, but we also joy in God through
our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we
now received the atonement.”
(Romans
5:11)
• Reconciliation with God.
“… we
were reconciled to God by the death
of his Son, much more, being reconciled,
we shall be saved by his life.”
(Romans 5:10)
• Heir of God and Joint heir with
Jesus. “The Spirit Himself bears
witness with our spirit, that we
are the children of God: And if
children, then heirs; heirs of God,
and joint-heirs with Christ; …”
(Romans 8:16-17).
• Become More Than Conquerors (Diplomatic
Immunity). Romans 8:31-33 say:
What
shall we then say to these things?
If God be for us, who can be against
us? He that spared not his Son,
but delivered him up for us all,
how shall he not with him also freely
give us all things? Who shall lay
any thing to the charge of God’s
elect? It is God that justifies.”
Jesus also says:
“ Behold, I give
unto you power to tread upon serpents
and scorpions, and over all the
ability of the evil one and nothing
shall by any means hurt you. For
you are an Ambassador for Christ.
(2 Corinthians 5:20A)
• Your name will be written in Heaven.
“… But rather rejoice, because your
names are written in heaven.”
(Luke 10:20B)
